Choosing Joy

This month's scrapshare blog challenge is about choosing joy! Each and every day we are challenged to find something that we can be joyful about, be it mundane or extraordinary.

Today, I have found joy in my pictures. I am working through this month's pictures, trying to get the dreaded Christmas cards ORDERED, and am working on designing a special card for each of the children that visited Jungle Gym to see Santa & Mrs. Claus this past weekend. The excitement and even the tears of the children make me smile and appreciate the passing of time, as I remember Luca's trips to see Santa. The first year, he was only 10 months, and didnt know what was going on. The second year, at almost two, he was fearful, and cried a bit. Last year, he was happy again, but more interested in his best friend who was in line with him. THIS year, he gets it. He truly GETS it. This likely will be his best SANTA year ever, and I will post the picture that gives me the most joy!
